OMNIBUS III is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, established by INSCOM to create the procurement framework for delivering dedicated intelligence and technical support to the US Army INSCOM and its major subordinate commands, as well as other customers across the federal government.

Through this contract, TST is eligible to provide:

Thermopylae Sciences + Technology (TST) has demonstrated technical experience in Information Assurance (IA) through its prime contract at the U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) and its support of the U.S. Army Intelligence Command (INSCOM) Host-Based Security Systems (HBSS) effort.

TST has supported the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) – SOUTH and J2 by providing a host of services, including the development of software, systems architecture, and analytical and visualization tools. Our support has enhanced the day-to-day operations of SOUTHCOM J2 by developing reusable Custom Document Querying, Custom Sitemap Applications, Custom Workflows, and Custom Enterprise Search Center for the command. Additionally, TST created an accessible information community by building and managing records according to IC standards while adhering to Metadata Standards (ICMSP) with all digital information products in Extensible Markup Language (XML).

INSCOM HBSS Contract Number: W911W4-10-D-0020-0001

Our excellent performance at INSCOM has shown that TST is a strong prime contractor that can quickly and effectively begin work on rapid response efforts. TST’s partnership with INSCOM to provide HBSS Support is a testament to our technical ability to support Information Technology. Throughout the duration of this contract, TST provided support in three major areas: installation of HBSS modules on both NIPRNET and SIPRNET assets, assisting with development and implementation of HBSS policy, and configuration of unit assets to comply with evolving guidance.
