TST mentioned in Washingtonian Magazine's Great Places to Work 2011

TST was featured in Washingtonian Magazine's "50 Great Places to Work in Washington" as one of twelve Honorable Mentions. According to their website, the contest—which vetted more than 200 companies and surveyed more than 13,000 employees—identified the top companies that offered "terrific benefits, stimulating work, flexible schedules, opportunities for growth, and respect for their staff."

To be nominated, TST was evaluated on everything from telecommuting policies, to turnover rates, to charitable giving, creating a comprehensive depiction of how we operate as a company. Once nominated, Washingtonian Magazine engaged Leora Lawton of TechSociety Research, a Berkeley, Ca.-based firm, to survey a "sizable random sampling of employees at each firm," according to the article. "We weighted employee scores heavily because the best benefits in the world don't mean much if people feel they're treated poorly," Lawton said.

TST is honored to be recognized at a regional level for our work hard, play hard corporate mantra. Washingtonian Magazine has an average readership of 400,000 people.
