TST acquires Critical Technologies Group, a mobile solutions provider in sports

Thermopylae Sciences and Technology (TST) announced that its completed acquisition of Critical Technologies Group, LLC. Critical Technologies Group (CTG) provides event-based mobile solutions that connect to data and services in a cloud-computing environment for the professional sports market.

CTG is a Richmond-based company with a customer base that includes 43 sports teams. They have focused on mobile application development that rapidly solves their customers' needs. With the advent of mobile applications, CTG has grown rapidly based on word of mouth and a proven past performance of quality and on-time delivery.

A.J. Clark, President of TST, commented, "The culture of [CTG] and their ability to rapidly fill a need in key markets demonstrated a synergy that aligns well with our company.
