U.S. Navy – Commander Naval Installation Command (CNIC).

Situation

CNIC is part of an overall effort put forth by the U.S. Navy to develop a framework to align, organize and integrate the information to meet the wide variety of challenges that lie ahead.

Solution

As a sub of SRA International, TST developed and deployed a web-based, GoogleTM Earth geospatial management portal which would integrate all available Naval support systems data into a common organizational operational picture, enabling more effective and efficient management of installations and support of base operations.

Result

CNIC will now have access to a visualization and operational tool, providing relevant data to best support the organization’s mission while also providing functionality within the portal to perform tasks.
