Thermopylae Once Again Named ‘Best Place to Work’

Published on May 10, 2013

Thermopylae was named one of the “Best Places to Work” by the Washington Business Journal. TST was previously named a “Best Place to Work” for 2010 as well as an honorable mention for Washingtonian’s Great Places to Work in 2011. Other recent awards for TST include the Google Enterprise 2012 Innovation Partner of the Year in Maps for Business as well as a part of C4ISR Journal’s Innovation Award category for Biggest Breakthroughs of 2012.

Each year, the Washington Business Journal recognizes the best places to work in the Greater Washington area based on the results of an employee survey, which evaluates 10 different areas: team effectiveness, retention, employee alignment with company goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement, and people practices. Employee responses dictate where companies place in the final standings.
