Adriana Babic is the Vice President of Personnel and Security Officer at Thermopylae Sciences & Technology. As the VP of Personnel, she is responsible for the management and oversight of TST’s Human Resources department, strategic HR staff and policy development, and organizational performance management structure. Ms. Babic leads TST’s compliance with all governmental and labor legal requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Department of Labor, worker compensation, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Ms. Babic leads and implements TST’s security policy and plans by ensuring compliance with the requirements outlined within the NISPOM/DCIDs (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual/Director of Central Intelligence Directives). She serves as liaison to the Defense and Intelligence communities and Industry security officials for all security matters. She maintains all personnel and facility security procedures for TST and is a certified Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO).

During her time with TST, Ms. Babic has performed additional roles. She has worked with the Intelligence Community and International Organizations in efforts to address international security issues such as illicit trade, trafficking, and crime, which culminated in a publication that was delivered to an audience of US and partner nation leadership. Adriana received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Affairs from Ohio State and a Master of Arts degree in European and Eurasian Studies with a concentration in Security Policy from George Washington University.
