Mr. Heard joined Thermopylae Sciences & Technology in 2008 and has led numerous Programs for both government and commercial clients with great success. As Chief Operating Officer, he has supported INSCOM, SOUTHCOM, DIA, NGA, VA, and others in a variety of roles, including as Program Manager, technology consultant, integrator, and more. As a results driven individual he has led IT, Intelligence, Mobile, Cloud, and Geospatial efforts for TST, providing clients with integrated solutions that solve problems.

With over 25 years of IT and Intelligence experience Marshall brings a vast array of background and historical knowledge. Prior to joining TST, Marshall was a program manager for a leading defense contractor, managing multiple IT and intelligence projects. He has traveled and supported operations in the Middle East, Caribbean, Central Asia, European, and Pacific areas; supporting a variety of joint, and governmental agencies. He worked in the business satellite communications field after leaving the military. Mr. Heard was an intelligence analyst with the U.S. Army, working in Joint environments supporting both the PACOM and the Middle East areas of operation. He holds a Masters of Business administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management both from Liberty University. He is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP).
